DESCRIPTION:Walkers! This week we will walk OUTSIDE from 9:00- 10:00 a.m. o
 n the Mon River Trail starting at AutoMax Preowned car dealership (beside 
 the Waterfront Marriott). The trail is in good shape- I walked it on Frida
 y.\n\nPlease RSVP no later than 7:15 a.m. on the website the morning of th
 e walk. You will receive a text between 7:30-7:45 a.m. with confirmation o
 f the walk and any changes to our schedule such as possible updated info i
 n case of inclement weather\, traffic\, etc.\n\n*If poor walking condition
 s persist that morning\, we may choose to walk indoors at the Mountaineer
