Walkers! This week we will walk OUTSIDE from 9:00- 10:00 a.m. on the Mon River Trail starting at AutoMax Preowned car dealership (beside the Waterfront Marriott).
Please RSVP no later than 7:15 a.m. on the website the morning of the walk. You will receive a text between 7:30-7:45 a.m. with confirmation of the walk and any changes to our schedule such as possible updated info in case of inclement weather, traffic, etc.
*If poor walking conditions persist that morning, we may choose to walk indoors at the Mountaineer Mall on Greenbag Road.
