What is the Community Newcomers Club?
The Community Newcomers Club provides an opportunity for new residents to gather socially, develop friendships, and assimilate into their new home community.
Additionally, current members are eager to assist newcomers in their transition to the beautiful Morgantown area. Longtime Morgantown residents are also invited to join Newcomers.
Club Activities & Interest Groups
Our members participate in numerous weekly and monthly activities that cater to a wide range of interests.
From our Book Group to Bridge or Walking to Wine Tasting – there is something for everyone!
Meet everyone monthly for Coffee on the first Wednesday or Luncheons on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from September to May. We plan special activities such as a shopping trip to the Strip District in Pittsburgh, Oktoberfest, or a Pittsburgh Pirates game.
Singles and couples are welcome to both daytime and evening events.
