Coffee

Please join us for the December Coffee. We will have a great time getting together for a festive start to our holiday season. In addition to the usual Coffee & Teatime with accompanying snacks to share (please bring a snack, dessert, appetizer, fruit, breakfast casserole, etc. if time allows- otherwise PLEASE bring yourself;  we always have plenty to share!), we will offer two OPTIONAL activities you can choose to participate in- OR just come for conversation and fun!

The first optional activity: WREATH MAKING– 

for a number of years we have gathered at the December Coffee to make wreaths. If you would like to make one, please bring a wire frame in the approximate range of 12”-18” diameter, wire cutters/snippers, floral wire (approx. 22-24 gauge wire for attaching the greenery to the wire form), gloves for handling greenery (to avoid prickly needles and sap), optional rolls of ribbon for bow making, and any other things you might like to add to your wreath including holly, pine cones, etc. Supplies including the wire wreath frames can be purchased from Michael’s and other craft stores. 

***Greenery will be provided for you- a small donation for King’s Tree Farm will be appreciated.***

We will gladly teach you this fun process of wreath-making- don’t let your inexperience keep you away!

Second optional activity: COOKIE EXCHANGE- 

If you are interested in participating in our Holiday Cookie Exchange, plan to bring a few dozen cookies to share with others along with an empty container to take home cookies made by others.
